A second opinion on cancer treatment

For patients weighing surgery, radiation, drug treatment or a change in their current plan.

What we help you clarify

  1. 01

Have the diagnosis and current treatment plan reviewed by the relevant disease team.

  2. 02

Discuss whether a multidisciplinary review would answer questions across surgery, radiation and drug treatment.

  3. 03

Receive the proposed next steps and the reasons behind them in your language.

You can request a second opinion without committing to treatment or travel.

Records to have ready

After agreeing the services, we help prepare these for the hospital. You can start the first conversation without uploading a complete file.

  • Pathology report and details of available slides or tissue blocks
  • Latest scans and earlier scans used to compare response
  • Treatment history, current medicines and the questions you want answered

Send original scan files when requested. Reports are translated; the images remain in their original diagnostic format.

How we prepare your records

Cost and time away from home

A record review and a treatment visit have different schedules. We clarify which you need before arranging travel.

Items to include in the estimate

  • Specialist or multidisciplinary consultation
  • Pathology re-review and additional tests
  • Translation of records and the written opinion
