Oncology & cell therapy

CAR-T & blood cancers

For enquiries about lymphoma, leukemia and other blood cancers, including treatment after relapse.

What we help you clarify

  1. 01

Review the exact diagnosis, previous therapies and response with a hematology team.

  2. 02

Ask about an approved product for the diagnosis or a specific recruiting study. These are different routes, with different requirements.

  3. 03

Compare the proposed cell therapy with other options the treating team considers relevant.

CAR-T can cause serious immune and neurological side effects. The hospital’s monitoring and emergency arrangements are part of the treatment discussion.

Records to have ready

After agreeing the services, we help prepare these for the hospital. You can start the first conversation without uploading a complete file.

  • Pathology, immunophenotyping and any molecular test reports
  • A dated list of treatments, doses where available, and responses
  • Recent imaging in DICOM format, blood tests and discharge summaries

Send original scan files when requested. Reports are translated; the images remain in their original diagnostic format.

How we prepare your records

Cost and time away from home

Allow for separate assessment, cell preparation, infusion and monitoring stages. Ask for a written schedule that includes the time you must remain near the treating center.

Items to include in the estimate

  • Cell collection and manufacturing/product
  • Pre-infusion treatment and admission
  • Infusion, monitoring and management of complications

02What further tests are needed before eligibility can be decided?

03Where should we stay after infusion, and what support will a caregiver need?
